The staff were great to our needs.
The cleanliness of our room was disappointing. The daily towel changes did not compensate for the lack of thorough cleaning. On multiple occasions, we found our bed made, rather than properly cleaned and refreshed. The noise from other guests while dining indoors was good, as we were forced to listen to inconsiderate behavior during our meals.

Fine Views and Chill Vibes
The lakeside spot is super picturesque, and we loved the peaceful vibe. Enjoyed sunbathing by the pool, though loungers got snatched up FAST-better stake your claim! Tried breakfast in the bar area, delish and fresh. Slightly tricky to get to other towns without a car. Can't wait to come back.

Fine lakeside views from our Superior Double or Twin Room. Staff were friendly and offered free bicycle rentals for exploring. The buffet layout during breakfast was chaotic. Too many people made serving difficult. Room could use a few more storage options for longer stays.

The hotel's charming architecture, with its quaint passages and beautiful terraces, made it accessible and enjoyable for senior guests like myself, awesome for leisurely strolls amidst scenic views of Lake Maggiore.
More storage space in the room would be helpful.

The lakeside view and well-maintained garden added charm. Interaction with some staff felt a bit rushed, which was noticeable during busy breakfast hours. The hotel offered a pleasant experience, but a little more attention at peak times would enhance it further.
